Pipe Clamp Screw and Washer Assembly Machine

Assembles 80 piece per minute with double operator loading & auto discharge.
Double screw vibration sorting system.
4 Automatic Pneumatic screwing system allows for screwing double bottom and upper part of the pipe clamp at once.
It is automatically cut from strip-shaped plastic and turned into a washer to be placed on the screw.
Mounts 4 Washers onto the screws at the same time.
It automatically discharges the assembled pipe clamps outside the machine. (Emptying)
MAKİNOT Pipe Clamp Assembly Machine detects possible clamps that are screwed incorrectly / incompletely or whose washer is installed incorrectly / incompletely and discharges them to a separate area during the discharge process. Thus, it shortens the quality control process by performing its own inspection. It is reliable.
All stations for pipe clamps of different sizes are adjusted from a single control center. This is a unique feature of the MAKİNOT assembly machine.
In this way, the time spent on size changes is minimized and the setup of the machine becomes too easy.
The pneumatic system works with 6 Bar pressure.
